As you know I have been weight lifting and running for the past 20 years. Although my fitness was level was above average it was not at the level where I wanted it to be. "I have always been in decent shape, exercise by jogging regularly, but I never worked out with weights. I was looking to increase my muscle density and to improve definition on my upper body. I was hesitant about working with a trainer, but Eric changed all that. He spent a lot of time with me to determine what my goals were and then planned a course of action. Eric puts a lot of thought into every work out. They are never the same so they never get boring or routine, yet they all are well thought out to achieve the same goals. During my initial evaluation with Eric, I could only do one pull-up. After three months, I can do seven. Likewise, I can already see a difference in my stamina and muscle definition in my chest and arms. Eric is a great motivator and always has a keen sense for what my body can endure. "Ten weeks after giving birth to my first child, at 38 years old, I began training with Maria. I had not worked out for nearly two years, and I was in the worst shape of my life.

I had serious doubts about whether or not I would ever regain anything resembling my former body. In about a month I began to see results. I felt the strength coming back in my arms and legs, and most importantly in my ‘core’.

I started out unhappy with my body image and completely out of shape, unable to enjoy my favorite activities like tennis, soccer, hiking, and snowboarding.
