It is commonly thought that only certain muscles actually work when performing a routine. This can be certainly regarded as the furthest statement from the truth.
What is first needed is a better understanding of the muscles in the human body. Just look at a picture. Are any muscles unattached? Is each one set aside separately? The answer is no.
They all intertwine. They're all attached. So...As one moves one assists and as one supports one stabilizes and during all of this...others act like a counter-weight.
