A Word From Eric...

Why do I put such a strong emphasis on levels, steps and form? It is because when you build a foundation and continuously rebuild on top of each foundation, your proficiency improves. This equals an easier and more fluid workout experience. Your goal is within reach with less effort. YOU Can Do More!
