The “OwnIndex” rating’s formula is based upon the VO2max guidelines and determination of one’s breathing efficiency level and oxygen exchange efficiency as it compares to a resting heart rate. Simply run the Polar Test, copy the index number into your watch by accepting it after the test. Find the (your) index number on the chart(s) below to see your rating.
