		<description><![CDATA[Eric Hubscher and the Performance Fitness Institute™ are dedicated to provide unquestionable quality Physical Fitness Instruction and Consulting. Our methodology is solid. We design and instruct specific fitness programs for the individual.    As part of a preliminary as well as an ongoing evaluation, each person is guided through a comprehensive evaluation. This procedure analyzes  body movements, stretching and strength capabilities, as well as muscle endurance-cardio levels.  This process ensures our conclusions are tailored.  In the end, we are able to identify his or her over all fitness strong points and problem areas against Human Movement Models.     Secondly and before advanced training is given, the client must develop a balanced body. This relates to opposing muscle strength, flexibility, load control, power, agility, balance and the ability to recruit and sustain muscle usage as required.     Thirdly and with a balanced body, we develop and work with the client to fulfill their fitness desires: Whether it is for general health or for a toned-fit looking and acting body. For those who require a demanding fitness intensity, fitness levels can  result in a higher amplitude Performance Fitness (imagine a track & field athlete) benchmark. At this point, you can often learn to operate at one's VO2max 85-95 percentile for a sustainable time period.
